Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our pre-K dance class! Please read the following policies carefully: Refund Policy: If DisCow Dance cancels a class, a refund will be provided for the specific day that is canceled. Before issuing a refund, every effort will be made to reschedule the class to ensure that the same number of classes are offered. For any other reason, refunds will not be issued. This includes situations where a child is sick, traveling, or if the parent/guardian does not communicate the reason for missing class. Supervision of Children: For the safety of all children, each child must be supervised by an adult at all times when outside of the house before entering. This ensures a safe transition onto the property and into the dance class environment. Health and Attendance: Children who are sick or showing symptoms of illness (fever, runny nose, persistent cough, etc.) should not attend class to prevent the spread of illness to others. Safety and Liability: DisCow Dance and the homeowners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the property during the dance class. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their safety at all times. Behavior and Conduct: Children are expected to follow basic rules of respect, kindness, and safety during class. Disruptive behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others may result in the child being asked to leave the class at the discretion of the instructor. Photography and Video: Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during class for promotional or documentation purposes. By participating in the class, parents/guardians consent to the use of such media by DisCow Dance for these purposes. Privacy and Information Sharing: The address and home where the dance classes are held are private. No participant or their guardian shall share this information unless it is directly related to the business (e.g., emergency services, authorized personnel). This policy is in place to protect the privacy and safety of all involved. By enrolling your child in our pre-K dance class, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these policies.
